As you already know, MagicSpam is service based software that automates license renewal on a monthly period. In the event that you wish to change the credit card billing information for the recurring charges, this can be accomplished by contacting firstname.lastname@example.org provided that the contact is made prior to the next billing period. The next billing date period can be viewed within the MagicSpam interface on the "Settings" page where the next renewal date as well as expiry date for your given license is displayed (This normally occurs 3 days prior to the expiry date)
In the event that a transaction for renewal has been declined for the existing credit card information, then you will need to purchase a new license through our online store. Once the new license is procured, then on the MagicSpam interface "settings" page, you can click on 'Edit Key' then enter your new license key. This will ensure that your installation of MagicSpam is properly associated with the new license.
