No longer able to export.csvs

Hi , ever since the upgrade to 2.0.4.3 i am no longer able to export .csv reports for spam logs for certain domains.
We used to be able to export through the web browser. not it just thinks about it and errors.
I updated both google chrome and firefox and same issue for both browsers.
help!

Thank you for your post.

From your post we understand that since you have upgraded to MagicSpam version 2.0.4.3 you are unable to download log search results as CSV file.

To be able to better assist you with this issue, could you please let us know if this is happening from MagicSpam admin-interface panel as well?

Was there any other updates or upgrades in your server around the time you have upgraded MagicSpam?

What is the error message presented when trying to download results as CSV.

Could you please provided us the following information about your system:

- Operating System and Version

- Operating System Architecture (32 bit or 64 bit)

- MailEnable Version

In the meantime, could you please try reinstalling MagicSpam in your system using the latest installation package from our download site:

https://www.magicspam.com/download/

and let us know if that resolves the issue?
