Magic Spam does not put spam in the junk folder

Post by robocop » Fri Nov 03, 2017 5:32 am

Hello,
I'm using MagicSpam Plus, just downloaded, for MailEnable, Mailenable is ver.9.78, win 2016
with default setting does not put spam in Mailenable junk folder.
Is it possible to change the name to the spam folder, for example, mxscan-spam?

Hello robocop,

Thank you for your post.

Because the way Plesk integrates with Windows and MailEnable, in MagicSpam PLUS, it is not yet possible to send detected spam messages to the spam folder automatically.

We do have a development ticket for the feature that would allow messages to be automatically delivered to the spam folder; however we do not yet have a time line in which this feature will be implemented.

In MagicSpam PLUS, fagged messages will be marked as ***SPAM*** in the subject line and delivered to the Inbox by default.

In order to filter flagged messages to desired folders (Junk, Spam, or other) please see the MailEnable filtering configuration from the link below:

https://www.mailenable.com/documentatio ... ering.html

We hope this information helps.
