Hi Cristtiah,

Thank you for your post.

We released announcements about this a while back regarding compatibility with the latest Plesk updates. In order to solve this, you will need to upgrade MagicSpam to the latest version.

Could you please try running:

/opt/psa/admin/sbin/modules/magicspampro/package-updater \ -o -a -m

this should attempt an upgrade from our site.

If this does not work, you will need to manually download the update package from our site:

https://magicspam.com/download

You will need your license key to download - if you don't have that readily available, this can be found using the command:

/opt/psa/admin/sbin/modules/magicspampro/license_manager data

Once downloaded, upload to your plesk server (scp, ftp, whatever mechanisms you have set up for file transfer) and install the update using command:

plesk bin extension --upgrade /path/to/transferred/package/file

We hope these instructions help get you back and running - and thank you for your loyalty!

PS, your error 'might' be a different reason.. Eg, DNS, or firewall issues. First try to update to our latest versions, and then let us know if all is well.
