License is already associated with another server?

Q: I have moved MagicSpam to a new server and I get the following error:
"License is already associated with another server installation. Cannot Update License! [400]"

A: If you are presented with this error in your MagicSpam administrative interface panel, please contact our support team at:

support@magicspam.com

and provide your MagicSpam license key.

With that information we can reset the anti-abuse lock on the license key provided, and once it is done, you will be able to move the license to a new server.
