Hello kikehouse,

Thank you for your post.

From your post we understand that you have MagicSpam PLUS and you would like previously rejected messages to be delivered to designated email account.

Please note that once the message is rejected it cannot be retrieved for delivery.

If you need to receive emails from the intended sender, please try one of the following options and ask them to resend the email:

1) Whitelist the sender (based on the information in the MagicSpam log search) by the "MAIL FROM:" email address or the sending IP address.

2) Based on the MagicSpam logs, determine what policy has been triggered by the email in question, and then enable that policy (or BMS list) in the "FLAG" mode. Once done, when the sender resends the email, message will only be marked as spam and delivered to the customer's spam folder where it can be reviewed and excluded if needed, instead of being rejected right away.

For more information about MagicSpam and message flagging feature, please see the MagicSpam PLUS for MailEnable installation guide on our download page:

https://www.magicspam.com/download/

Please note you will need to enter your MagicSpam license to access the installation guides for your system on our download page.

We hope this information helps.
