Please note the you can whitelist sender by email address as well as by IP from:
* Settings / Exemptions
section of MagicSpam admin interface panel.
Please note that you can also whitelist sender directly from the MagicSpam Log Search results by clicking on the sender's IP or email address.
If you are having any issues with false positives in your MagicSpam system we would like to hear about it.
Please feel free to forward the MagicSpam Log Search that contains only logs for false positive messages to us for further analysis at:
To retrieve MagicSpam logs, you can use the MagicSpam interface and access the "Logs" tab.
In the log search result output, you have the option to export/save the log search results to a CSV file. Please Email the CSV file as an attachment to us.
Please also make sure that you remove entries where mua=yes and highlight only SPAM entries that are false positives.

* Settings / Server Policies
* Settings / IP Reputation
