Hi,
I just bought the professional license for my server and I do not see MagicSpam Protection in the customers' cpanel

Thank you for your post.
Please note that MagicSpam PRO WHM/cPanel is a separate product than MagicSpam for cPanel and if you are upgrading from the MagicSpam for cPanel to the MagicSpam PRO version, please see the instructions on our forums:

If you have installed MagicSpam PRO version on the new server, please provide us following information and we will further investigate this issue:
- MagicSpam License
- MagicSpam PRO Package Installed
- Operating System and Version
- Operating System Architecture (32 bit or 64 bit)
- WHM/cPanel Version
