magicSpam for ME 1.0.5-2 not scanning

hi,

i updated all our magicSpam for mailEnable installations to recent version 1.0.5-2, some days ago. everything seems to work fine on windows 2003 servers with ME > 4.26, but on windows 2008 with ME 4.26, magicSpam 1.0.5-2 did not scan any incomming mails: service was shown as 'enabled', license as valid, but zero statistics, zero entries in logtail.

so i did uninstall 1.0.5-2 and reinstall 1.0.5-1. now, magicSpam works again.
what could be the reason for this issue with magicSapm 1.0.5-2?

regards,
andi

Greeting Hostigal,

In the future, please keep your posts to a SINGLE post for best results. Cross posting to several of the site forums / topics may lead to longer response time as maintenance and sorting out is completed.

As to your question - what version of MagicSpam are you running? The version should be clearly visible in the top left hand side of the administration interface next to the logo. We have gleaned from the rest of your posts that you are running MagicSpam on a Windows 2008 server? with MailEnable 4.26? And.. on Plesk 9.5x. Is this correct?

Thank you in advance!
