Can blocked mail still be delivered with MagicSpam?

Post by esuhre » Mon Jan 02, 2012 4:25 pm

I was wondering if blocked messages could still be delivered to the recipient but include into the title something like ***SPAM***. And the recipient could just make a filter in there mail client.

This way if an email is block that is actually an important email the recipient could still get it and move it to their inbox.

Thanks!

So as of now any message that is block we have no way of having it being delivered to the recipient. MagicSpam is great but we are still have quite a few legit emails being blocked.

I am in one of those double edge sword situations. With MagicSpam on it stops the spam for the most part BUT important emails are being blocked and with it off there is a bad spam situation.

Thanks,
- Eric

Have you noticed a specific pattern of what rules are triggering for those cases mentioned? Bear in mind as well that you always have the option of adding entries to the 'exemptions' lists for those cases where the 'legitimate' sender is not willing to fix whatever configuration caused them to be blocked in the first place.
