Can not activate package anymore

Hello,
After the latest update to 2.1-8.5 i can not activate the packages anymore. In the dasboard there is an ! at the packages text.
When going in to the package and enable some the settings are saved, but then the OFF is shown again.
And i got the error : failed to assign additional service
Can you help me to correct this
