Hi,

we receive daily spam from a subdomain caffecomp12. but the domain and IP is always different.
Any chance to add a rule to block these subdomain even when the domain is different?

Hello Ben,

Thank you for your post.

The option to blacklist a domain or entire top level domains is at the moment only available in MagicSpam PRO version.

If you consider to upgrade your current MagicSpam to PRO version please follow the instructions in the following post:

http://forums.wizard.ca/viewtopic.php?f=12&t=228882

If you are having an issue with an uncaught spam on your system, it would be helpful if you could send us your MagicSpam logs for analysis at:

support@magicspam.com

To retrieve MagicSpam logs, you can use the MagicSpam interface and access the "Logs" tab.

In the log search result output, you have the option to export/save the log search results to a CSV file. Once you have the CSV file, you can email that as an attachment to us for examination using your email client.

Please make sure that you remove entries where mua=yes and leave only HAM entries that are confirmed spam.

Also, can you please send us screenshots of the following two tabs in your MagicSpam control panel:

Settings / Server Policies
and
Settings / IP Reputation

With the requested information, we will be able to provide better suggestions for addressing the uncaught spam issue.

Thank you.

Hello,

my question was not about a domain or TLD, it was about a subdomain.

I want to block everything that starts with caffecomp12.ANYDOMAIN.TLD

Hello Ben,

Thank you for your post.

In MagicSpam (standard) version for Plesk, only full email addresses are allowed to the Blacklist/Whitelist:

e.g:

user@domain.tld
or
user@subdomain.domain.tld

The option to blacklist a domain, including subdomains, or entire top level domains is at the moment only available in MagicSpam PRO version.

We hope this clarify our response.

Feel free to let us know if you have any further questions.
