Hello pheck,

Thank you for your post.

We understand you are getting entries in the syslog in regard your root mailname being incorrect.

Unfortunately this issue is not related to MagicSpam and it is outside the MagicSpam support. May we recommend you to contact your hosting provider about changing the default domain for your mail system.

Thank you for supporting MagicSpam!

Hello Peter,

Thank you for your post.

From your post we understand that the issue in question arose when you installed the MagicSpam. As mentioned before, this is not a MagicSpam issue and you will have to check your email server settings for the correct domain name for system emails.

Normally this is not part of the MagicSpam support; however, in order to further assist you with this issue could you please provide us more information on your system:

- Operating System and Version

- Operating System Architecture (32 bit or 64 bit)

- Plesk, cPanel, MailEnable or Zimbra

- MTA (Qmail, Postfix, Exim)

Please let us know if you have any questions in the meantime.
