Hello!
I have just purchased MagicSpam and am having trouble finding emails that have been whitelisted by the filters and added to the email log.
It seems that many of these emails do not make it to my email account, even though the email addresses and ip's associated have been whitelisted, as evidenced by the MagicSpam logs.
Where can I find these emails?
Let me know...

Re: missing emails
I have quite the same problem over here.
In the MagicSpam Log it says "HAM" without any error, but no mail in my inbox.
But... when I add the senders address to the WhiteList, it does make it to my inbox...
Quite weird.

Hello larsvandermade,
Thank you for your post.
We are sorry to hear you ran into an issue with MagicSpam and we will work with you to have this resolved.
In order to better assist you could you fill us in on these details about your platform:
- Operating System and Version
- Operating System Architecture (32 bit or 64 bit)
- Plesk, cPanel, MailEnable or Zimbra
- MTA (Qmail, Postfix, Exim)
Also it would be useful if you could send us logs for the messages in question and the screenshots of:
Settings / Server Policies
and
Settings / IP Reputation
tabs on your MagicSpam admin-interface panel, at our support email address:
suppport@magicspam.com
Also, could you please check if you have any forwards or mail filtering set on your system or email client?
Please let us know if you have any questions in the meantime.
