Hello Mario,

Thank you for your feedback, we have forwarded your inquiry to our development team.

After reviewing the submitted IPs, we see that they are already listed on certain BMS lists (MIPSpace-all, MIPSPace-Poor and MIPSpace-Worst), and you are free to remove those manual entries from your MagicSpam IP blacklist. Of course, please ensure that the appropriate BMS lists are enabled in your MagicSpam settings under:

Settings / IP Reputation / BMS® (Blacklist Mastering System) Lists

Please also note that such attacks from newly spawned networks for sending spam would normally get added to IP reputation lists automatically after spam incidents are received by the BMS list maintainers, and you should not need to add the IP addresses manually.

Alternatively, you may also enable SpamAssassin or other third party filtering products, if it is available on your server to complement MagicSpam, to provide a second level of anti-spam protection with content-based scanning.

We hope that this information helps.

Hello, I agree with Mario

Spammers are using a cascading range of IPs to send spam.

Hello practicalhost,

Thank you for your post and your feedback.

If you have any issues with uncaught spam coming from the range of IPs, It would be very helpful if you could send us the MagicSpam logs for examination. To retrieve MagicSpam logs, you can use the MagicSpam interface and access the "Logs" tab.

In the log search result output, you have the option to export/save the log search results to a CSV file. Please Email the CSV file as an attachment to us at:

support@magicspam.com

Please also make sure that you remove entries where mua=yes and highlight only HAM entries that are spam from the IPs in question.

Also, can you please send us screenshots of the following two tabs in your MagicSpam control panel:

* Settings / Server Policies
* Settings / IP Reputation

This additional information will help us better understand the nature of the uncaught spam you are receiving, and will assist us in making suggestions for how to improve your filtering.

Thank you,
