Re: Statistics For Month Missing

My server is a Linux box (centOS 5 32bit using Plesk 9.5.2) with both the .counter.dat.xx files and mslog files present. Also, performing a log search does return entries from days not displayed in the statistics. Opening a copy of the .counter.dat.05 file in binary hex shows rows 0 through 3 with a...

Statistics For Month Missing

I am using v1.0.5-3 and for the second month in a row, the statistics for the month have been removed prior to a specific day. For April, there are no statistics prior to the 21st and for May, there are no statistics prior to the 4th. First, can you tell me where to look to find the file/files that ...

Extended Rejection Message Not Issued

While I have had similar reports before, I finally have a repeatable example of a message being blocked, but the user not receiving the extended rejection message. In this case, list 23 is the source of the block and the following is all that was returned to the sending email server: Reason: Remote ...

MIPSpace Lite

Is there any way to tune the MIPSpace list so that it does not include the likes of Constant Contact, Responsys, and other widely used newsletter services? If not, is there a way to view a list of the servers on the list? With the list enabled, too many user requested emails are blocked and with the...

Re: Understanding MIPSpace

Other than white listing the likes of Constant Contact and similar services that are used by many companies to send newsletters, is there away to employ MIPSpace? It appears that the list blocks both user requested and UBE messages.

Re: Understanding MIPSpace

Thank you, that makes much more sense to me now. In both the cases I listed, it was Responsys and not the originating company that owned the servers.

Understanding MIPSpace

A user has noted that information they requested from several well know companies (e.g., Land's End, Williams Sonoma) was not getting through and viewing the logs, I see that MIPSpace is the list blocking the email. How does a server become classified as a UBE source when it is also the server used ...

Enhancements For Lists

Currently when I use the lists, there are two questions that I find go with each entry; why did I add this entry and when did I do so. These questions arise when I later view the list to determine if the entries are still valid. An example is the situation when a reputable ISPs server is added to UC...

Re: edit/add to the automatic bounced message a sender receives

I would also like to see a feature that allows false positives to be addressed. This would be the icing on the cake. My first preference would be for a solution that allows the sender and intended receipient to negotiate the white listing. Next in order of preference would be the ability to designat...

Re: Log History Continues To Grow

I have loaded 1.0.4-6.2 and see that a new log was started and the existing log renamed by appending the number one to the name. The contents of the first log include entries that are older than the number of days I have set to store logs which leaves the question as to whether the first log is remo...
