I completely reinstalled and that fixed it but now it's doing it again.

I've also had client email vanish into thin air while obvious spam has gotten through.

How do I fix this? Why is this thread being ignored?

I'm showing two updates are available but I'm unable to. When I click to update it says no updates are available, yet they still show in the notifications area.

Also, I can no longer see any logs so cannot block spammers using that method.

Please advise.

I show 2.1-19.2 & 2.1-19.3 available. When I click "Upgrade Now" it shows me a popup stating "No updates found for your platform."
